Adding a Beneficiary to your Event

Add Beneficiaries from Promoter Account:

Open a browser window and enter the URL and log into account at:


Step 1Click on an event listed on the left of the page.

Step 2Click on the Beneficiaries link, then the Add new beneficiary button.

Step 3Fill out the form and click the + Add new beneficiary button at the bottom of the form.

An email confirmation will be sent to the beneficiary that you have invited them to participate in you upcoming event. Be sure to inform your beneficiary that they been added to your account. They will need to confirm their account and update their info with Giveback Tickets.
